Regulation 440/2008 on test methods for physio-chemical properties, toxicology and eco-toxicity  of substances under scope of REACH regulation.

Different updates have been published on 24 July 2009 in Regulation No 761/2009 due to technical progress and therefore updating Regulation (EC) No 440/2008.

The regulation  adds new provisions concerning vapour pressure, method to measure length weighted geometric mean diameter of fibres to list but a few.

The regulation will enter into force three days after publication.
